Colombian Decaf

Colombian Decaf
We source this coffee bean directly from a 2nd generation family business and it displays all the smooth, full-bodied flavours a good Colombian coffee is famous for. It’s rich, complex and well balanced - somewhat rare in decaf circles, but due to it being freshly processed at origin the flavour isn’t compromised making a very enjoyable drink. In blind testing, this coffee rarely gets picked as a decaf.
We drink this coffee almost daily at the roastery in the afternoons because we love it and we like sleep too!
The caffeine is removed with a unique and natural by-product of sugar cane and water at the farm, creating a coffee with pronounced sweetness and retaining all of its original flavour.
The Grind: Whole bean, aeropress, Espresso, Filter, Plunger, Stove Top
