Our unique method of aging coffee with spirits is showcased here with our newest release. This time, we rest a premium single-origin Colombian coffee in oak, pre-used bourbon whiskey barrels to create a coffee of perfectly balanced sweetness and complexity.
Bourbon emerges as an exquisite complement to the coffee, introducing a subtle smoky sweetness and gentle fruit character that enhances the full-bodied richness of the Colombian coffee.
Every batch is masterfully roasted to a medium espresso level, inviting you to savour the intricate complexity of this exceptional coffee. For the full experience, we recommend enjoying it as a black coffee, allowing the layers of flavour to unfold. In the Summertime, this coffee transforms into an exquisite cold brew or serves as the perfect foundation for a range of exceptional cocktails.
As with the rest of the Spirit Infusion range, we have developed this coffee in partnership with our local Winter Wild Festival
We develop our distinctive coffee by aging it in oak bourbon barrels for a month, which is super fun but as the batch sizes are so small it will be available only as whole beans in 250g bags. So make sure you have a grinder folks!
