We roast daily in Apollo Bay so your coffee arrives lively, aromatic, and ready to brighten your morning. And if you order over a weekend, it’ll be freshly roasted and shipped first thing Monday, the perfect way to start your week.
Also, with any order over $60, we’ll slip in a 50g sample of something unique - maybe a test roast, a new blend in development, or one of Gareth’s wild experiments. It’s our way of letting you in on what’s brewing behind the scenes.
