We’re always roasting, tweaking, and exploring — it’s the beauty of being a small, hands-on roastery. Not every coffee we roast ends up for sale, but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be shared.
So with any order over $60, we’ll slip in a 50g sample of something unique - maybe a test roast, a new blend in development, or one of Gareth’s wild experiments. It’s our way of letting you in on what’s brewing behind the scenes.

Chances are it’s what we were drinking that day. It could be:
- A one-off single origin we’re trialling.
- A variation of one of our blends using a new season’s crop.
