The Dr Mahn Handy Roaster is a simple to use, manual roaster that will give you the first step into roasting your own coffee in a lightweight and portable format.

Each roaster comes with 1kg of selected green coffee to roast
Roast over a gas burner, while constantly moving the beans and controlling the heat via distance to the flame. It takes a liitle practise. Cool the roasted beans in a sieve or collander as quickly as possible to retain sweetness in the coffee.
* Please make sure you wear a heat resistant glove while roasting and be careful to avoid burns.
