We age premium Colombian green beans in ex-whisky oak barrels, letting the rich aromas of smoke, vanilla and dark fruit soak deep into the coffee before roasting it to perfection. The result? A single origin unlike anything you’ve tasted - smooth, full-bodied, and quietly bold.

Why Barrel - Aged Coffee?

Unlike flavoured coffee, where baristas add extracts or syrups, our whisky infusion starts before the roasting even begins.

We rest green beans in whisky barrels for several weeks, letting them absorb the complexity of the cask: the oak, the sweetness, and the lingering spirit notes left behind. Once the beans are ready, we roast them fresh to a medium level - to bring out a natural sweetness and alluring whisky character.

What Does It Taste Like?

Every batch is slightly different (that’s the beauty of barrels), but expect notes of:

  • Soft vanilla and caramel
  • Rich, sticky, sweet raisins.
  • A prominent echo of whisky.

Best enjoyed black, or over ice as a smooth cold brew. It's a conversation-starter, a slow-sipper, and a real treat for whisky and coffee lovers alike.


Is It Alcoholic?


Nope - just flavour.

There’s no alcohol in the final product. Just the aromatic imprint of the barrels and the complexity they lend to the coffee. The roasting process brings the beans up to over 200C, so any trace of alcohol is long gone.
