One of Australia’s pioneering coffee farms, Skybury Estate in the Atherton Tablelands (QLD) has been growing coffee since the late 1980s.
Their beans are known for being smooth and well-balanced, with gentle chocolate notes and low acidity - an easy-drinking style that feels familiar, yet distinctly local.
We have limited amounts but roast Skybury fresh in Apollo Bay, bringing you the best of Australian-grown coffee with the care it deserves.
